Next, the Ombudsman visited the temporary detention center of the Osh Department of Internal Affairs to familiarize herself with the conditions keeping prisoners. The temporary detention center is located on the ground floor of the police department.

The temporary detention center staff reported that she was brought in half an hour before the visit.
