In 2000, he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with a degree in Law.
In 2004, he completed postgraduate studies (Adjunctura) at the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
He holds the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences (PhD in Law equivalent) and the Class Rank of 1st Class State Civil Service Counsellor.
