Aichurok Nazaralieva was born in 1975 in Bishkek.

In 1998, she graduated with honors from Kyrgyz National University in the speciality "Jurisprudence"

Work experience:

1998: Started working as a teacher at Bishkek Commercial College.

2001-2004: Worked as a teacher at Kyrgyz National University.

2004-2007: Worked as a lawyer and attorney in private companies.

Since May 2007: Senior Consultant of the Sector for Supporting the Activities of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Reform.

Since August 2007: Expert of the Sector for Supporting the Activities of the Judicial and Legal Reform Committee.

Since January 2008: Deputy Head of the Ethics and Rules Department of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since November 2008: Head of the Ethics and Rules Department of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since February 2016: Head of the Decision Monitoring Department of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since March 2022: Deputy Head of the Department for Processing, Issuance of Regulatory Legal Acts, and Monitoring of Adopted Decisions.

She has also been involved in various working groups and activities, including:

Contributing to the preparation of Annual Reports to the Jogorku Kenesh for the session periods of 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022.

Participation in the development of the Jogorku Kenesh Development Strategy until 2021.

Conducting functional analysis of the Jogorku Kenesh's activities in 2019.

Participation in the development of legislative drafts, legal acts, and publications on various topics:

  • Amendments and additions to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008.
  • The Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011.
  • The Code of Parliamentary Ethics of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008.
  • The Regulation on the Work of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic with Electors and Mechanisms of Their Interaction, 2014.
  • Russian-Kyrgyz Dictionary of Legal Terms and Other Concepts, 2014.
  • The book "Jogorku Kenesh: 80 Years."
